We want every step of owning Alta Botanica items to feel as considered as the linen itself — from the moment your order is placed to the day it settles into your home.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping on all contiguous US and EU orders over $300.

With demand currently high, please allow 2–5 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive tracking details as soon as your pieces are on their way.

We ship almost anywhere in the world. For orders placed outside the US and EU, any customs duties or import taxes due on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient, payable to your local customs authority at the time of delivery. As these charges are set by your country rather than by us, they cannot be calculated at checkout or refunded.

Returns

Should a piece not be quite right, we are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, unmarked, and in their original packaging. As with all fine bedding, we ask that you assess the colour, feel, and fit of your linen before laundering it — for reasons of hygiene, pieces that have been washed or used cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is arranged by the customer, except where a piece arrives faulty or an order was sent in error, in which case we cover the cost in full and will make it right at once.

Once your return reaches us and is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you would prefer a different size or colour, simply place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for return, and that any customs duties already paid on international orders cannot be refunded.
